A monthly labour-law support membership for South African employers: Naledi, our online legal advisor, for immediate answers; escalation of matters to a legal advisor; a member portal for employee records, guided workflows and document generation; and access to a panel of labour-law attorneys where a matter needs one. We are not a law firm. The Terms & Conditions set out exactly what each plan includes.
Membership prices for every plan are published on our Pricing page, together with any once-off document fees. Membership is billed monthly in advance as a recurring payment through PayFast. We do not see or store your card or bank details. There is no setup fee.
ClearLine is not registered for VAT, so no VAT is charged on any fee.
Your membership starts as soon as your first payment is confirmed. Naledi and the member portal are available immediately. Escalated matters are handled as described for your plan in the Terms & Conditions.
Membership runs month to month. You may cancel on one calendar month's written notice by email to info@clearlinelabour.co.za, as set out in our Membership Cancellation Policy.
Where section 44 of the Act applies to you, you may cancel within seven days after concluding the agreement without giving a reason and without penalty, subject to the exclusions in section 42(2), including where the service has begun with your consent before the seven days have ended.
All fees are final and not refundable, save for genuine billing errors, as set out in our Refunds Policy. ClearLine supplies services only, delivered electronically through the member portal on payment; no physical goods are supplied or shipped.
PayFast emails you confirmation of every payment. Your plan, payment status and next payment date are shown on your portal account page, and the documents and records you create stay available in your portal for as long as your account is open.
Payments are processed by PayFast on its secure payment pages. How we collect, use and protect personal information is set out in our Privacy Policy.
We do not currently subscribe to an alternative dispute resolution code. If something has gone wrong, please email us at info@clearlinelabour.co.za and we will respond as soon as we can.
